When you place an online exchange order, we require you to return an empty cylinder for each refill ordered. If you do not return the empty cylinder(s) within 90* days of purchase, or if you do not have any empty cylinders to return, there is an additional £10 charge for each unreturned cylinder.
* Cylinder exchange orders made prior to Oct 22nd, 2025 will still have the return window of 45 days.
