- When you have almost finished your last cylinder from the set of 4, log into your account and place an order. Please do not send in your empties until you've ordered your next online exchange.
- You'll get 4 full CO2 cylinders delivered to your home. Your cylinders will arrive in a box with a prepaid returns label inside.
- When you're ready to return your cylinders, use the same box from your new delivery to send back the empties at your local Yodel store or InPost location.

- Make sure to return all 4 CO2 cylinders together.
- There will be a charge of £10 for each cylinder not returned within 30 days of your order.

- Keep bubbling and whenever you run out of CO2, sign in to your account to order another set of cylinders.

If you have lost the box from your original order, you can request a new label through the Yodel site. and use any box to send back your empties. Just make sure to write your customer number on the Yodel label inside the reference Box. Your customer number can be found in your account under name.

Once you enter your information in the InPost link, you will be sent a unique QR code. Take your parcel to the nearest locker and scan your QR code at the locker.
Always use your customer number as the reference and not the order number.
To order more gas through the plan you need to first log into your account and then follow these instructions:
- Click on "Plans" on the left-hand side, it will then show you all of your plans
- You should be able to see an "Order Exchange" button under your plan number as pictured below
- It will pop up with a box and you need to select which type of gas you need - Classic Screw in cylinders or Pink Quick Connect Cylinders
- You will be prompted to validate your address, if it is correct - click on the blue box and place your order
When your new set of gas is delivered, there will be a prepaid returns label to return 4 empty cylinders inside the box. Please make sure you return the cylinders within 30 days, failure to return them could result in you being charged £10 per cylinder until they are returned. Please write your customer number inside the "REF" box on the Returns label before shipping so our warehouse can identify who has returned the cylinders and can update your account.

No printer? No problem!
- You can request a new label through InPost and use any box to send back your empties.
- Once you enter your information in the InPost link, you will be sent a link for a unique QR code. You can click on the link or download the QR code directly.
- Be sure to enter your customer number which can be found in "My Account".
- Take your parcel to the nearest locker.
- Scan your QR code at the locker and place your parcel inside (one parcel per locker). InPost will collect the parcel and return it to us.
When you placed the order for a Sparkle Savers Plan, we sent you 4 CO2 cylinders. You do not need to return any cylinders to us until you order your 2nd and 3rd set of CO2 from your plan.
- When you are about to finish your last CO2 cylinder, log into your account and place an order for CO2.
- Make sure to select the correct type of cylinder.
- Using your delivery box from your new shipment, return the empty cylinders to us within 30** days of receipt
- Repeat steps 1 & 2 for your last set of CO2.
Please return your last set of CO2 to us by the end of your plan date.
Sparkle Note
- If we do not receive your empty CO2 cylinders within 30 days* of your most recent order, we will charge you £10 per cylinder that is not returned. This is refunded upon receipt of your empty cylinders, just send us a copy of your return shipping receipt.
- If you have lost the original delivery box, you can use any other box as long as your used CO2 cylinders are packed securely. If you don't see your pre-paid return label, you can request a new label through the Yodel site. Just make sure to please enter your customer number on the Yodel label in "Ref Box". Your customer number can be found in your account under your name.
- You can also request a new label through InPost and use any box to send back your empties.

After you purchased the plan, we automatically shipped 4 cylinders. When you place a refill order on the plan, you will be sent a prepaid shipping label with the refill order to return the 4 empties.

When your 'Just Add Water Plan' is due for renewal, we will change your plan to the 'Sparkle Saver's Plan', so you can continue to get your annual's supply of gas at a discounted price. These are some great savings! If you do not wish to continue with the plan please switch off the auto-renewal in your account. |
For convenience purposes, we encourage our consumers to return all 4 cylinders at once.
Your cylinders will arrive in a box with a prepaid shipping label attached. Use the packaging from your original order to pack up your used cylinders.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards for the Sparkle Saver's Plan and 'Just Add Water' plan. You can make one payment or pay in equal instalments over three consecutive months.

Payment via PayPal -- as a one-time payment or in instalments -- is not available on our website for the Sparkle Saver's Plan.

Deposits are not included with the CO2 plan, but if you do not return the cylinders within the specified timeframe, you will be charged £10 per cylinder that has not been returned.
This is refunded when you return the cylinders.

No! Since we have launched a new CO2 Subscription Plan, once your Sparkle Saver's Plan will be about to finish, you'll get an email from us suggesting to Subscribe to the new and better CO2 Plan.
If you still wish to renew your Sparkle Savers Plan, you can do so immediately when the existing plan is ending.
In case you wish to cancel your Sparkle Saver's Plan, here's the policy:
- If you cancel within the first 30 days of subscribing, you'll get a 100% refund. If you don't return the CO2 cylinders, we will charge you for them.
- If you cancel after the 30 days, you will be refunded based on the number of months left and unused on your plan. You would still need to return the CO2 cylinders already provided.
Sparkle Note: You will not be able to get a refund if you have already received 8 CO2 cylinders on the plan or if you took advantage of the extended warranty.
Moving may not be easy, but we make it simple to change your address. Just log in to "My Account" and change the delivery address. Please note that deliveries are available to the UK mainland only.
As part of the Sparkle Saver's Plan, you're a premium member and entitled to special discounts and offers.

After registering on the subscription plan, the 10% discount is automatically applied at the checkout when you use the email address associated to the plan.
