With our new exchange model, we charge you less and you only pay for the CO2 up front! Once we receive your cylinder(s) back, we don’t charge you further and therefore no refund is required. A charge of £10 is only going to made if we do not receive your cylinder(s) back within 90* days of purchase. We will of course refund you if you send cylinder(s) back after you have been charged.
* Cylinder exchange orders made prior to Oct 22nd, 2025 will still have the return window of 45 days.
