When you are on the subscription plan, you must return the empty cylinders within your selected frequency, PLUS an additional 30 days as part of the subscription service.
If you fail to return the empty cylinders within this period, we will automatically charge £10 for each unreturned cylinder.
The charge for non-returned cylinders will be refunded once the cylinders are returned.
Please note: The return deadline is based on the frequency you selected at the time of your order.
If you change your frequency or skip a shipment after placing your order, the original return date remains unchanged.
