How to Return Your Empty Cylinders?

1. Pack your cylinders
   Place your empty cylinders into a sturdy, secure box ready for return (you can use the box your cylinder(s) came in if you still have it)
2. Locate your Customer Account Number
   You’ll need your Customer Account Number when requesting your returns label.
   You can find it by logging into your Sodastream account and checking under "Order History."
3. Request your returns label
   Visit the InPost returns page to start your return (we no longer include returns labels in your box - you don't need one)
   • Enter your customer account number when prompted.
   • A free returns QR code will be generated
4. Drop off your parcel
   Take your box and QR code (displayed on your phone/tablet) to your nearest InPost locker or shop. They'll scan your QR code and send your parcel back to us
