- Package your return empty CO2 cylinder(s) securely in a sturdy box (ideally the box it was delivered in)
- Click 'Return with Yodel' button below
- Enter your details: Customer Number (found in your Sodastream 'My Account' area), Full Name, quantity of cylinders returning, and Email Address
- Agree to the T&Cs and click 'View Barcode'
- Take this barcode into your local store on your smart phone/tablet, along with your return cylinder parcel
- The shop assistant will scan or enter the code into their system
- The assistant will print your label from their till and attach it to your parcel
- The store assistant will scan your label, take your parcel and you will be given a receipt as proof of postage (keep this receipt as it contains your 7-digit tracking code which you can use to track your return)
- Please allow 5 working days before contacting us regarding your return

- Click 'Return with InPost' below
- Enter your email address and Customer Number (this can be found in your Sodastream 'My Account' area)
- Click 'Submit'
- A QR code will be sent to your email address
- Use the map search to find your nearest InPost Locker
- At the locker, scan your QR code on the locker screen and place your CO2 cylinder box in the empty locker assigned to you
- Close the locker and wait a few days for us to acknowledge we have received your cylinders at our warehouse

Swap-It
If you want to use our DPD Swap-It service, you must have chosen this service at checkout.
- Swap your empty CO2 cylinders at your door – fast, hassle-free returns:
- Select 'Swap-It' at checkout when purchasing an exchange cylinder from sodastream.co.uk. N.B. you MUST have empty cylinders to return when the new ones are delivered
- DPD delivers your full cylinders, right to your door.
- Hand back your empties to the delivery driver - Place your empty cylinders into the original packaging, make sure to remove or cover up the old label.
- Swap complete - The driver takes your empties while dropping off your new ones.
- You're all set - You’ll get a confirmation receipt once the swap is done.
