When and how do I return the used cylinders on the Sparkle Saver's Plan and Just Add Water plan?

When you place an order for a Sparkle Savers Plan, we will send you 4 CO2 cylinders. You do not need to return any cylinders to us until you order your second and third set of CO2 from your plan.

Here's how it works:
  1. When you are about to finish your last CO2 cylinder, log into your account and place an order for CO2.
  2. Make sure to select the correct type of cylinder.
  3. Using your delivery box from your new shipment, return the empty cylinders to us within 30** days of receipt
  4. Repeat steps 1 & 2 for your last set of CO2.

Please return your last set of CO2 to us by the end of your plan date.

Sparkle Note

If we do not receive your empty CO2 cylinders within 30 days* of your most recent order, we will charge you £10 per cylinder that is not returned. This is refunded upon receipt of your empty cylinders, just send us a copy of your return shipping receipt.

If you have lost the original delivery box, you can use any other box as long as your used CO2 cylinders are packed securely. If you don't see your pre-paid return label, you can request a new label through the Yodel site. Just make sure to please enter your customer number on the Yodel label in "Ref Box". Your customer number can be found in your account under your name.

You can also request a new label through InPost and use any box to send back your empties.

Once you enter your information in the InPost link, you will be sent a unique QR code. Take your parcel to the nearest locker and scan your QR code at the locker.

After you purchase the plan, we will automatically ship 4 cylinders. When you place a refill order on the plan, you will be sent a prepaid shipping label with the refill order to return the 4 empties.
