Why wasn't the £10 deposit returned to me?

With our online exchange, you get a new carbonating cylinder in exchange for your empty one. The £10 fee will be refunded once we receive your empties. 

It can take up to 10 working days for your empty cylinders to be received at our warehouse. We aim to process the refund of your gas exchange deposit(s) (to the original payment method) within two weeks of receipt of the cylinder.

If you lost the box from your original refill order, you can request a new label through the Yodel site. and use any box to send back your empties. Just make sure to please write your customer number on the Yodel label in "Ref Box". Your customer number can be found in your account under "Order History". 

You can also request a new label through InPost and use any box to send back your empties.

Once you enter your information in the InPost link, you will be sent a unique QR code. Take your parcel to the nearest locker and scan your QR code at the locker.

If you have not received your refund within 2 working days of us receiving your return, please contact us so we can look into it for you. Make sure to include a copy of your label receipt as proof of return.
