What should I do after I've used my cylinders on the Sparkle Saver's Plan?

Don't worry, it's easy to get sparkling! Just log in to your account and click "Order CO2 Cylinder Delivery".  You should be sparkling again within 2-3 business days. 

If you've used up your 12 CO2 cylinders and you want to get more CO2, please go to our website to purchase a new plan. 

Don't forget to return your empty carbonating cylinders no later than 30 days* from the date you placed your order for new cylinders:

  1. Place all 4 cylinders in their original packaging. The box in which you received your refill order has an attached prepaid shipping label.
  2. Drop off your empty cylinders to your local returns store or nearest InPost locker.

Sparkle Note

If we do not receive your empty CO2 cylinders within 30 days* of your most recent order, we will charge you £10 per cylinder that is not returned.

If you lost your original Sparkle Saver's Plan box, you can use any other box as long as your used CO2 cylinders are packed securely. If you don't see your pre-paid return label, you can request a new label through the Yodel Returns site. Just make sure to please write your customer number on the Yodel Returns label in "Ref Box". Your customer number can be found in your account under "Order History". 

You can also request a new label through InPost and use any box to send back your empties.

Once you enter your information in the InPost link, you will be sent a unique QR code. Take your parcel to the nearest locker and scan your QR code at the locker.

After you purchase the plan, you will receive 4 cylinders. When you place a refill order on the plan, you will be sent a prepaid shipping label with the refill order to return the 4 empties.
