Just contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label to return your product. Bottles and flavours purchased on SodaStream.co.uk can be returned up to 30 days after purchase if they are unused and in a sealed condition.
Upon return, the refund will be made on the original payment method. If you have paid by card, the refund will be made on the same card.

- SodaStream does not refund initial or return shipping charges. Unauthorised returns or CODs will not be accepted.

Purchases of the Genesis Sparkling Water Makers made through our website or after the 17th of November 2021 until the 24th of December 2021 can be returned for a full refund up to 31st January 2022.

Any other Sparkling Water Maker purchases made through our website on or after Black Friday (26th November 2021) up to 24th December 2021 can be returned for a full refund up to 31st January 2022.
