Why has my deposit refund failed?

Your refund may fail if the order is over 6 months old and you paid by card. If this happens, you will be notified by the team via email and asked to call us to provide us with your bank details so we can process a BACS refund. If you paid by PayPal then the refund should process up to 1 year.
