You no longer need to print your return label!
- Standard delivery - You can return empty cylinders using InPost paperless or use Yodel and print in store.
- Express delivery - You can return empty cylinders using InPost paperless or use Yodel and print in store.
- Swap-It service - With Swap-It service, the driver brings the return label with them and applies it when you hand the return parcel to them.
Return using InPost - Paperless
- You can request a new QR code through InPost and use any box to send back your empties.
- Once you enter your information in the InPost link, you will be sent a link for a unique QR code. You can click on the link or download the QR code directly.
- Take your parcel to the nearest locker.
- Scan your QR code at the locker and place your parcel inside (one parcel per locker). InPost will collect the parcel and return it to us.
Return using Yodel - Print In Store
- Request a label through Yodel by clicking on this link and then select "PRINT IN STORE".
- Enter your customer number which can be found in "My Account", name, return reason and email address and follow the instructions.
- You can view your return barcode instantly and show it to the shopkeeper so they can scan and print your label.
- A copy will also be emailed to you, which you can use to keep track of your returns to us.
