- Standard delivery - You can return empty cylinders using InPost lockers or shops
- Express delivery - You can return empty cylinders using InPost lockers or shops
- DPD Swap-It service - With Swap-It service, the driver takes your empty cylinder(s) back - on your doorstep - when they deliver your new cylinders.
Return using InPost Lockers or Shops
- Package up your empties in your original delivery box (if you've lost it, use any sturdy box and write your Customer Account Number on the outside clearly).
- Get your free returns QR code with InPost here
- Take your parcel to your nearest InPost Locker or Shop.
- In a locker - scan your QR code and place your returns box in the designated locker.
- In a shop - show the QR code to the shop assistant for them to scan. They'll then take your box off your hands and send it back to us.
