We are unable to refund cylinders that have not been purchased directly from us, but we are happy to help you recycle them and can offer you discount codes if you do return them to us. The discount codes can be used against future orders of CO2 refill cylinders purchased directly from us.
If you have 1 or more empty 60 litre SodaStream CO2 cylinders, then you're eligible to get one discount voucher per cylinder.
Please contact us, so we can send you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the empty cylinders, we will send you a voucher code for £6.50 off a single CO2 exchange (excluding deposit) for every CO2 cylinder that we receive from you**
**Vouchers can only be redeemed as sodastream.co.uk - only one voucher can be used per purchase and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. Vouchers can only be redeemed against CO2 refills/exchanges and not any CO2 plans. (If you have outstanding deposits to be refunded, then the cylinders will be marked against those orders and you will be refunded, vouchers will not be issued.)
