How do I return my cylinders if I don't have a label and I don't have a printer?

No printer? No problem! 

Return using InPost

  1. You can request a new label through InPost and use any box to send back your empties.
  2. When you have entered your information and customer number in the InPost link, you will receive a unique QR code by email. You can click on the link or download the QR code directly.
  3. Be sure to enter your customer number which can be found in "My Account".
  4. Take your parcel to the nearest locker.
  5. Scan your QR code at the locker and place your parcel inside (one parcel per locker). InPost will collect the parcel and return it to us. 

InPost Lockers are usually located outside Supermarkets.

Return using Yodel Print In Store

  1. Request a label through Yodel by clicking on this link and then select "PRINT IN STORE".
  2. Enter your customer number which can be found in "My Account", name, return reason and email address and follow the instructions.
  3. You can view your return barcode instantly and show it to the shopkeeper so they can scan and print your label.
  4. A copy will also be emailed to you, which you can use to keep track of your returns to us.

Yodel Stores are usually located in small convenience stores.
