How to clean & maintain the sodastream ULTIMATE Multi-drink™ and its parts?

CLEANING FLAVOUR CONNECT CAP & DRIP TRAY

  1. Remove
    1. Flavour Connect Cap from the Flavour Bottle
    2. Drip Tray from the sodastream ULTIMATE Multi-drink™ base
  2. Disassemble (Inside the sink)
    1. Flavour Connect Cap into 4 parts: Straw, Nozzle, Pump, and Cap – All are Dishwasher safe.
    2. Drip Tray into 2 parts (also Dishwasher safe)
  3. Wash each part with warm water to dissolve any left-over Flavour 
    (recommended to run a cycle of still water once a week).

  • For a deeper clean: Soak in warm soapy water or use a small bottle brush to reach hard-to-clean areas. Use the plunger to push warm water through the Dispense Nozzle.
  • Optional: Wash in dishwasher (small parts may not clean thoroughly). Allow to dry fully before installing on new Flavour Bottle

DETACHABLE PARTS CARE

  • Drip Tray Base and Cover | Adjustable Base | Flavour Connect Cap - Dishwasher safe.
  • Water Tank and Lid – NOT dishwasher safe.
  • When washed by hand, rinse with cold or lukewarm water. WARNING! Do not expose to heat above 70°C / 158°F.
General Sparkling Drink Maker Care & Safety reminders

 

  • Never use abrasive cleaners or sharp tools to clean. If needed, use a mild liquid dish soap and a soft damp cloth to gently clean.
  • Wipe spills to keep base and Flavour Compartment dry.
  • Do not place in water or wash in a dishwasher, doing so will seriously damage your Sparkling Drink Maker.
  • Only use your Sparkling Drink Maker in its upright position, on a flat, stable surface.
  • Do not place your Sparkling Drink Maker on a hot surface (e.g. kitchen oven/stove) and never use it close to a flame or leave in direct sunlight.
  • Only use water in the Water Tank.
  • To protect against electric shock DO NOT place the cord, plug or sodastream ULTIMATE Multi-drink™ Sparkling Drink Maker in water or in any liquids.
  • Do not operate the sodastream ULTIMATE Multi-drink™ Sparkling Drink Maker with a damaged cord or plug.
  • Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
  • Only use the power adapter and power lead supplied with the sodastream ULTIMATE Multi-drink™ Sparkling Drink Maker.
