What is the CO2 Subscription Plan and how does it work?

Carbonating cylinders create bubbles. After some time, the carbonating cylinder runs out of CO2. The CO2 subscription service will allow consumers to order CO2 exchange on an automatic recurring basis.

When signing up for the CO2 subscription plan at SodaStream.com, you will pay the price of the CO2 plus taxes and shipping (if applicable). You will receive a prepaid return label with your order to return the empties.

The automatic order frequency can range from 1 to 6 months for 2- 4 cylinders per order.

How does the subscription work?

  1. Choose your cylinder type.
  2. Choose the quantity- between 2-4 cylinders.
  3. Choose the delivery frequency- between 1-6 months.
  4. Enter your details (address & payment method).
  5. Receive cylinders automatically on a recurring basis!

  7. Enjoy your bubbles!

How do I modify my subscription?

You have 2 features to help you manage and update your subscription:

  1. 'Order now' - This feature allows you to accelerate the processing of your upcoming shipment. Should you require your items earlier than your usual delivery date, this functionality guarantees that your next order will be processed within 24 hours, while aligning subsequent shipments with your chosen subscription frequency. You can use 'Order Now' anytime, even if you skipped a shipment before.
    Follow these steps:
    1. Sign in to 'My Account' and go to the subscription page. 
    2. Select the 'Order Now' option under the ‘Manage Subscription’ drop down menu. 
    3. Confirm your choice in the pop up. 
    4. You will receive an email confirmation of the update.

  2. 'Reschedule Next Shipment' - This feature lets you choose a different date for your next order, giving you more flexibility to get your shipment when it fits your schedule best. You can use 'Reschedule Next Shipment' anytime, even if you've skipped a shipment before.
    Follow these steps:
    1. Sign in to 'My Account' and go to the subscription page.
    2. Select the 'Reschedule Next Shipment' option under the ‘Manage Subscription’ drop down menu. 
    3. Use the calendar to choose a new date for your next shipment to be processed. All future shipments will adjust to this new schedule. Selection is available up to 6 months in advance. 
    4. Confirm your selection. 
    5. You will receive an email confirmation of the update.

**Sparkle Note: Please remember to return an empty cylinder for each refill cylinder you have ordered. The return timeframe will be based on the shipment frequency plus 30 days. If you do not return the empty cylinder(s) within this timeframe, or if you do not have any empty cylinders to return, or if the returned cylinder(s) is damaged, a charge of £10 per cylinder will be made.
