If you have a Sodastream CO2 subcription, you need to return your empty cylinders within your returns window to avoid a Missing Cylinder Charge.
When do I need to return by?
When you signed up for your CO2 subscription, you selected what frequency you would like to receive new cylinders at (e.g. every 1/2/3/4 months). This dictates when you need to return your cylinders by.
Returns window: your chosen subscription frequency plus 30 days (e.g. if you purchase CO2 with a 3-month frequency, you have 3 months + 30 days grace period to return your cylinders).
You can find your current returns window in 'My Account' and amend if needed.
