Why won't the Carbonation Unit detach from the Sodastream MIX® Sparkling Drink Maker?

To remove the Carbonation Unit from the Sodastream MIX® Sparkling Drink Maker, make sure that:

  1. The bottle rest is tilted out
  2. Firmly pull the Carbonation Nozzle towards you.
  3. The Carbonation Unit will detach from the Sparkling Drink Maker.

* Remember - It is recommended to rinse the Carbonation Unit with water after every carbonation with non-water drinks.
