Can you provide me with shipping information?

Shipping Times

As soon as you place your order, our warehouse begins processing your order. Shipping time depends on the method used for delivery: standard or express. 

Standard Shipping:

We aim to deliver orders between 3-5 working days from the date your order was placed. 

Express Shipping: 

If you order before 12pm: orders delivered on the next working day for Mainland UK.

Orders after 2pm should arrive within 2 working days. 

Please note:

• Express Shipping is not available for the following postcodes: IM, JE, GY, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, and ZE1-3. 
• 2-Day Express Shipping applies to the following: the Isles of Scilly (TR21-25), Isle of Wight (PO30-41), Northern Ireland (BT), and the Scottish Highlands (AB36-38, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PA80, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50).

Swap-It:

This is only an option for exchange CO2 in your order - it is designed to make it easier to swap your empty refills for new ones on your doorstep. This option will only apply for exchange CO2 orders. 

Swap-It is currently only available for Mainland UK.

Additional Notes:

• During peak order periods (last delivery cut-offs pre-Christmas, Black Friday weekend, new product launch dates), please allow for a slight delay in delivery. 
• All packages will arrive in a box that is Sodastream branded, and always arrive without listing prices.
• For subscription orders, there is only one shipping option available.
