Bubbles 101: Carbonating cylinders create the bubbles. They contain up to 60L of fizz, depending on the machine, and how much you fizz the water. Our exchange cylinder program requires you to send back your empty cylinder in exchange for a new, full one. Simply choose the type of cylinder you need (pink or blue), how many you want to exchange, and your returns are always be free. If you order more than 4 cylinders, shipping will also be free.
Here's how you exchange:
- Submit your order online and we'll send you full CO2 cylinders to your home.
- Your cylinders will arrive in a box (keep this if possible to send your returns in).

When you choose your delivery method, this also affects how you'll return your empty cylinders:
- Standard/Express delivery: return via InPost
- DPD Swap-It: swap your empties for new ones at your door (N.B. you must have selected Swap-It to return via this method, and you must have empty cylinders to return when the new ones are delivered).

Reminder:
- Please remember to return an empty cylinder for each exchange cylinder you order within 90 days of purchase. If you do not return the empty cylinder(s) within your returns window, or if you do not have any empty cylinders to return, there is a £10 Missing Cylinder Charge for each unreturned cylinder.
