For the Standard and Express shipping options, you need to return your empty cylinder(s) with InPost (Yodel is now also InPost). This is a free process, you simply package up your cylinders in the returns box (or any study box will do - write your Customer Account Number on the outside of the box), visit the InPost returns page, and generate your free returns QR code. You'll then take this on a mobile device to your nearest InPost locker or shop, and they'll scan your QR code and send your return back to us.
For the DPD Swap-It service, you don't need a return label, as the courier will bring one for you and attach it to your parcel upon collection.
