Where can I find the shipping label to exchange my cylinder(s)?

The box in which you received your refill order will contain a return label. When you're ready to return your cylinders, use the same box from your refill order to send back the empties at your local Yodel Returns shop.

If you lost the label from your original refill order, you can request a new one through the Yodel Returns site and either print at home or in store. If you have lost the box, you can use any box to send back your empties. Just make sure to please include your customer number on the Yodel Returns label. Your customer number can be found in your account.

You can also return your cylinders to us through InPost. Enter your information and customer number in the InPost link, you will be sent a unique QR code. Take your parcel to the nearest locker and scan your QR code at the locker.
