Where can I find my customer account number to return my empty CO2 cylinders?

Your unique Customer Account Number can be found in 'My Account'. If using a laptop or PC it will be located on the main page on the left-hand side underneath your name. If using a mobile device, it will be located at the top of the login page within the banner.

If you lost the box from your original exchange or subscription CO2 order, you can use any sturdy box that will hold your cylinders. 

Just make sure to please write your Customer Account Number on InPost Returns Portal AND write this clearly on the outside of your returns box. Your Customer Account Number can be found in 'My Account' under your name.

Once you enter your information in the InPost link, you will be sent a unique QR code. Take your parcel to the nearest locker or shop and scan your QR code.
