In the rare event your glass broke during carbonation, do not open the carbonating flask, and contact us for assistance via email or phone at 0800-085-8373.
Make sure you’re only using the Sodastream glass bottle with Sodastream DUO® Sparkling Water Maker.
Follow the below instructions:
- Do not use the glass carafe if it is cracked, chipped, or damaged in any way. Dispose of it immediately and replace it with a new one.
- Do not place the glass carafe in the freezer or extreme cold below 1°C, and do not subject it to any extreme temperatures.
