May occur when (1) the flavour connect cap is misaligned or (2) the incorrect Flavour Bottle type is used.
- Re-Assemble the Flavour Connect Cap
- Remove the Flavour Bottle from the machine. Over the sink, unscrew the Flavour Connect Cap and securely reattach it to the bottle. Note: Do not remove the Cap of the Flavour Connect Cap.
- Re-insert the Flavour Bottle to the machine: Attach the Flavour Bottle by pushing the top of the Flavour Connect Cap upward into the Flavour Bottle slot. Once inserted, turn the Dispense Nozzle to the left until it clicks and locks into place.
- Use the correct 440ml transparent Flavour Bottle with the pour cap.
