Possible when Flavour Connect Cap is not sealed or swapped incorrectly.

1. Use only clean Flavour Connect Caps.  
2. Ensure the twist-lock mechanism is fully locked before removing or storing.
3. Cover the tip of the nozzle with a dry paper towel
