The flavour is not dispensing
Possible when (1) Wrong flavour dial setting, (2) flavour Bottle not attached or (3) empty (4) Priming was not performed after flavour bottle change (5) Clogged Dispense Nozzle.
- Ensure flavour Dial is not set on 0.
- Ensure the flavour bottle is securely connected using the flavour Connect Cap.
- Replace if empty.
- Run a priming cycle after every new flavour Bottle replacement.
- Place a Small sized glass under the Dispense Nozzle.
- Set the flavour Dial on “Boost” (B).
- Press the Activation Button x 1 or 2 until flavour is dispensed:
Boost x 1 for Zero Sugar / Diet flavours. Boost x 2 for all other flavours. - Rinse the glass and continue to drink making.
- Wash the flavour Connect Cap
- Remove flavour Connect Cap from flavour Bottle (cover the nozzle tip using a dry paper towel to prevent spills)
- Inside the sink, disassemble the flavour Connect Cap into 4 parts: Straw, Nozzle, Pump, and Cap – All are Dishwasher safe.
- Wash each part with warm water to dissolve any left-over flavour
(recommended to run a cycle of still water once a week).- For a deeper clean: Soak in warm soapy water or use a small bottle brush to reach hard-to-clean areas. Use the plunger to push warm water through the Dispense Nozzle.
- Optional: Wash in dishwasher (small parts may not clean thoroughly). Allow to dry fully before installing on new flavour Bottle.
The flavour dispensing is too weak
Possible when (1) Low flavour setting, (2) flavour Bottle is empty and / or priming was not performed after flavour Bottle change, or (3) clogged Dispense Nozzle.
- Turn the flavour Dial to a higher setting.
- Wash the flavour Connect Cap and Replace the flavour Bottle
- Remove flavour Connect Cap from flavour Bottle
- Inside the sink, disassemble the flavour Connect Cap into 4 parts: Straw, Nozzle, Pump, and Cap – All are Dishwasher safe.
- Wash each part with warm water to dissolve any left-over flavour
(recommended to run a cycle of still water once a week).- For a deeper clean: Soak in warm soapy water or use a small bottle brush to reach hard-to-clean areas. Use the plunger to push warm water through the Dispense Nozzle.

- Assemble the 4 parts of the flavour Connect Cap
- Tightly screw on the flavour Connect Cap to the new flavour Bottle.
- Open the flavour Bottle Door on the front face of the Sparkling Drink Maker.
- Attach the flavour Bottle by pushing the top of the flavour Connect Cap up and into the flavour bottle slot.
- Once the flavour Connect Cap is in the slot, turn the Dispense Nozzle left until it clicks and locks into place. When successful, the flavour Indicator will light up.
- If you connected a different flavour Bottle - Run a priming cycle
- Place a glass under the Dispense Nozzle.
- Set the flavour Dial on “Boost” (B).
- Press the Activation Button x 1 or 2 until flavour is dispensed:
Boost x 1 for Zero Sugar / Diet flavours. Boost x 2 for all other flavours. - Rinse the glass and continue to drink making.
- Wash the Dispensing Nozzle by running a cycle of plain water.
The flavour is too strong
Possible when the flavour setting is wrong
- Turn the flavour Dial to correct setting and taste again.
Flavour variation between drinks
Slight differences in flavour strength are expected.
- Ensure all your settings are according to your taste.
- Ensure flavour Connect Cap is cleaned, priming is done, and flavour Bottle is properly connected.
Machine dispenses only water
Possible when No flavour Bottle is attached or flavour intensity set to 0.
- Attach a flavour Bottle and check if the intensity dial is not set to 0.
Flavour Boost not working
Possible when Boost feature is not activated correctly.
- Activate the flavour Boost option after the drink is dispensed.
Water not dispensing (the machine stops – the Drink Size lights blink Orange, the Status Light ring blinks white)
Possible when Water Tank is empty / not enough water in the Water Tank / Water tank is not properly connected.
- Refill the Water Tank with cold water up to the fill line.
- Ensure it clicks into place.
- Press the Activation Button.
Flavour is dispensing even when the Flavour Dial Setting is on 0 (plain sparkling water)
Any of these will stop the flavour dispensing:
- Run a Rinse cycle with plain water to clean the syrup leftovers remaining from the last ‘boost’ action:
- Place a small glass below the Dispense Nozzle.
- Press the Carbonation Level Button repeatedly until the light indicator lands on Still (no carbonation).
- Set the flavour Dial in setting 0 (plain water).
- Start the rinse cycle by pressing the Activation Button once.
- Dispose of the liquid and continue to MAKE YOUR DRINK.
- Take out the flavour bottle completely, rinse its nozzle, and connect back.
