My CO2 cylinder is empty, what are my options?

There are 2 ways of exchanging an empty cylinder:

1. Online through Sodastream Website
   
   • • When using the Online Exchange service on Sodastream website, ensure you have the same number of empty cylinders at home as you would like to exchange.
     • Choose between InPost, Yodel or DPD (Swap-It) Return.
     • You will have 90 days to return your empty cylinder(s). If you return it after this return window, then you will be charged £10 for each unreturned cylinder. This charge will be fully refunded once we do receive the cylinder(s).
        
       👉 Single Cylinder:
       If you're a new customer and only have 1 cylinder, simply purchase 1 Exchange Cylinder for £12.99 plus shipping. You'll then have 90 days to return the empty cylinder.
       ◽ Late Returns: If the cylinder is returned after the 90-day window, a £10 fee will be charged, and will be fully refunded once we receive the cylinder.
       👉 Multiple Cylinders:
       To order multiple cylinders at once, you’ll need additional spare cylinders. For each spare cylinder you’ll pay the full cylinder price of £22.99. These new cylinders will then serve as a spare for future exchanges.

   Sparkle Note:
   Please make sure to order the same number of full cylinders as the empty ones you have at home. The Cylinders returned should not be from other orders placed on our website, such as a Sparkle Savers Plan*.

2. In-Store with Participating Retailers

   Bring your empty cylinder to a participating retailer to swap it for a full one:

   👉 Exchange Process:
   Pick up a full cylinder(s) from the shelf, then take it along with your empty cylinder(s) to the till. You'll receive a £10 discount for exchanging an empty cylinder(s) - £12.99 per cylinder.
   👉 No Cylinder to Exchange:
   If you don’t have an empty cylinder to swap, you’ll pay the full cylinder price - £22.99 per cylinder. This new cylinder will then serve as a spare for future exchanges.

Our subscription service is perfect for frequent users:

1. Set Up: Choose your cylinder type, quantity, and preferred delivery frequency.
2. Automatic Delivery: We’ll charge the same payment card for each delivery and ship the cylinders on the schedule you select.
3. Return Timeline: After each delivery, you have 30 days to return the empty cylinders. If cylinders are returned late or not at all, a £10 charge per cylinder applies, fully refundable upon receipt.

This subscription can be customized or cancelled anytime, and you can request additional cylinders as needed.
